At Balance Multisport we offer a wide range of services, all tailored to fit the individual athlete and their particular needs and goals. Basic services are all listed below as well as their cost. If none of the basic services fit your needs then let us know. We can tailor a specific program to fit your individual needs. We have a wide rage of experience working with many different individuals with vastly different goals of fitness and performance.
One on One Coaching
Balance Multisport one on one coaching provides you with an ongoing periodized training plan. As your goals change, your fitness level improves and you move into different phases of your life - your training will move with you.
An initial conultation (in person if local or by phone) will start the process by determining goals, strengths, and all the other parts of your life that need to be incorporated into an effective and usable training schedule (kids, partners, jobs...). As a Balance Multisport athlete you will develop a relationship with your coach that will ensure you get truly personalized plans. Should you find that something in your training is conflicting with your schedule we can alter it, as your strengths develop we can re-assess where the focus needs to be. One on one coaching gives you complete flexibilty while still holding you accountable to your training plan! Your coach is available by email at any time and for a weekly phone call to check in on how you're feeling and how the schedule is working out. $150 per month

Annual Training Plan
The Key to a solid racing season is a well planned schedule. Work with Olivia to set goals, schedule races and assign training volume that fits your life. ATP's are an integral part of One on One coaching, but are a great tool for the self coached athlete.

Beginner Triathlon Groups
First Tri? Want to train and race with your friends? We can help you! Our Beginner Tri Groups set out individualized schedules for small groups. Not every training session will match your group but the key workouts are scheduled to allow for group workouts. Schedules are periodized to let you build fitness and skills in a safe and fun way. The group will also receive the Balance Multisport Guide to Tri e-book and, if local to Seacoast NH, Southern ME, a first timers clinic. Sprint trainng groups run 10 weeks.
$60 per person, 3 person minimum in group.

Event Specific Coaching
If you are looking for a simple, easy to follow training plan that is written specifically for you after a brief consultation with one of our coaches then this is where you need to be. We offer basic, customized single event training plans on an individual race basis. Unlike many plans, ours are specially tailored to your needs, desires and abilities. After purchase support for your training plan is available through our forum. All plans are distance based and run for a pre specified amount of time. If you would like to further customize one of these plans we can do so for a nominal fee.
Sprint Race Plan-- $120 for a custom 10 week plan
Olympic Distance Race Plan-- $150 for a custom 10 week plan
Half-iron Distance Race Plan-- $300 for a custom 12 or $400 for a 16 week plan
Iron Distance Race Plan-- $500 for a custom 16 week plan plus 2 week post race recovery.
Sprint Race Plan-- $120 for a custom 10 week plan
